AE Poll: UMaine Soccer Picked #5

A young UMaine women's soccer team has been picked to finish in 6th place in the America East Conference preseason coaches poll.

The Black Bears have just three seniors on this fall's squad and 15 players are either freshmen or sophomores. A year ago the Bears finished in 5th place with a 3-5 AE record (7-8) overall and lost in the playoffs to New Hampshire.

Hartford and UAlbany dominated the votes for first place in the coaches poll.
