Baking And Tackling With UM's Mulumba

Most University of Maine Black Bear football fans will know Christophe Mulumba Tshimanga as one of the most fear-inducing tacklers in the Colonial Athletic Association. The linebacker currently is second in the conference in tackles and leads that team in that statistic. However, some found out a hidden skill from Mulumba Tshimanga recently in a viral video released by the University of Maine Football Facebook page.

The video showed the softer side of the Pre-Season All-CAA defender who decided to try his hand at baking instead of chasing quarterbacks in the backfield.

The Ticket recently caught up with the UMaine linebacker to talk about his cooking skills and see what his culinary future may hold. We also found out if Muscle Milk can really be the missing ingredient to a delicious cookie recipe.

The Black Bears will look to make it six wins in a row this weekend as they face the Villanova Wildcats at Alfond Stadium on Saturday at noon.
