Bears Suffer 21st Loss

Even with Kevin Little returning to the lineup and scoring 17 points, it was not enough for the UMaine Black Bears to win at Vermont. The Catamounts scored the 68-49 win.

The loss drops Maine to 2-21 overall, 1-9 AE. Vermont is 13-10 and 8-2.

The Catamounts scored 40 of their 68 points in the paint. Dre Wills and Cam Ward led with 14 each. Kurt Steidl had 13.

Two other stats, Vermont out rebounded the Bears 37-26 and their bench out scored Maine 30-9.
