Class B Title Game On 92.9 The Ticket

In February Old Town and Caribou played for the Eastern Maine Basketball Championship, tonight they meet again, this time for the Eastern Maine Baseball Title.Both teams have made their way through the tournament with one upset after another as the Vikings (13-6) enter as the #7 seed while Old Town (12-7) is the #8 seed. Caribou's path to the title game included wins over #10 Foxcroft, #2 Hermon, and #6 Winslow. Old Town took out #9 John Bapst, #1 Waterville, and #4 Camden-Hills.

The Coyotes took the regular season meetings by scores of 3-1 and 4-1. Those games were the opening games of the season for Caribou and the second and third games for Old Town.
