The Hermon Hawks football team set school history Friday night. The 41-0 quarterfinal win over Oceanside is the first playoff win in school history.

Senior QB Garrett Trask led the way, scoring three touchdowns in the first half to give the Hawks a 21-0 lead.

Trask ran for a 67-yard TD and a 14-yard TD. He also had a 17-yard interception and return for a score.

Then, when Hawks running back River Mullen went out with an injury, sophomore fullback Zach Tubbs took over, rushing for two touchdowns in the second half.

Sean Stark added a late score to make it a 41-0 final.

The 8-1 Hawks await the winner of Saturday's Winslow vs Waterville game.

Oceanside fnishes the season at 3-6.
