The Husson University men's basketball quest to wrap up the NAC #1 playoff seed will have to wait another day. The Eagle gave back an 18 point halftime lead to Green Mountain State Friday night and lost 98-95.

The Eagles are now 12-3 in the NAC (16-6 overall). Colby-Sawyer is a game behind in the standings. Green Mountain is actually 13-2 in the NAC but will not be part of postseason play because of NCAA infractions.

Trrevon Butler led the Eagles with 23 points.

The Eagles play at Castleton State today.

Meanwhile, the Husson women's team keeps rolling in the NAC - now 14-1 (17-5 overall) after a 100-49 win at Green Mountain State. Victoria McIntyre led with18 points and 11 rebounds.
