Orono, GSA Claim Team XC State Titles

The Orono High School boys and the George Stevens Acaemy girls cross country teams claimed Class C State Championships Saturday afternoon.

In the girls division, Orono's Kassidy Dill won with a time of 19:29.97. GSA runners Eliza Broughton, Zeya Lorio and Mary Richardson place 2nd, 3rd and 5th to help get the Eagles the team win.

On the boys side, GSA's John Hassett was top finisher at 15:56.12. But Orono placed 12th, 14th anad 15th to claim the team title.

The Greely High School boys and girls teams won Class B titles.

In Class A, the Falmouth boys and Bonny Eagle girls won team titles.
