On the eve of opening night, the Boston Bruins are making news with roster moves...Top center David Krejci is injured. Top draft pick David Pastrnak is being shipped to the AHL.

The team says Krejci is questionable to play against the Philadelphia Flyers in the opener after an undisclosed injury suffered in the Detroit preseason game Saturday night has not healed. At the time, the B's thought the injury was "very minor". Krejci signed a 6-year, $43 million dollar extention in the off season.

Pastrnak is being sent to the Providence Bruins to play some AHL games before deciding what's next for him. The 18-year-old #1 pick could be called up or could be sent back to Sweden for another year play. The team did not get a good look at his talent because of a shoulder injury during the second practice of training camp.

For now it looks like Ryan Spooner, Matt Fraser and Bobby Robins have made the opening night roster. Veteran Simon Gagne also appears to have made the team.
