The Boston Celtics punched their ticket to the Eastern Conference Finals with a 114-112 win over Philadelphia in game five last night.

Boston youth was served - Jayson Tatum with 25, Jaylen Brown with 24 and Terry Rozier with 17.

And, the steady hand of Al Horford, scoring 15 and grabbing eight rebounds.

The game featured 21 lead changes and in the final minute-and-a-half the C's scored eight straight points to pull on the victory.

The Celtics win the series 4-1.

The conference championship series begins Sunday afternoon vs Cleveland.
