The skipper of the Boston Red Sox will not be with the team tonight when the team faces the Minnesota Twins at Fenway Park.

John Farrell was suspended one game for an incident with umpire Bill Miller in the loss on Saturday to the Los Angeles Angels.  The MLB office suspended the manager after he got into a heated argument with the official and ended up bumping Miller.

Gary Disarcina will likely be the interim manager as Farrell serves the one game suspension.  Drew Pomeranz will get the start for the Sox with first pitch coming at 7:10 p.m. from Boston.
