The Boston Bruins are Eastern Conference Champions...a 5-2 win over Philadelphia Saturday afternoon gives the B's 113 points in the standings and nobody in the east can catch them now.

At Boston Garden, the Bruins and Flyers were tied 2-2 after two periods but in the third Johnny Boychuk, Milan Lucic and Chris Kelly scored goals.

Loui Erikkson, filling in for Jerome Iginla on the B's top line, picked up four assists.

Tuukka Rask made 24 saves.

With four games left in the season the Bruins are 53-18-7.

NOTE: Before the game, Reilly Smith was named 7th Player Award winner by fans. It's an award for the player who accomplished more than anyone thought he would. Smith was somewhat of a throw-in in the Tyler Seguin trade with Dallas in the off season. He has 19 goals and 30 assists for 49 points.
