MCI, Skowhegan Win State Titles

The MCI Huskies are state field hockey champs in Class B. The Skowhegan Indians are again state champs in Class A.

High school field hockey's big day with three state title games played in Falmouth...

CLASS A:  Skowhegan beat Wesbrook 2-1 to claim a 15th state championship in the last 17 years.

CLASS B:  The MCI Huskies from Pittsfield beat York 5-0. MCI went to the last two state championships in Class C and went 1-1.

CLASS C: In double overtime, St. Dominics scored a 2-1 win over Winthrop.
