Smith Rushes For 301 Yards In Husson Win

Senior John Smith has had many big games in his four years at Husson University but today was his first 300 yard rushing day. The Eagles beat up Endicott College 28-7.

Smith carried the ball 39 times for a career-best 301 yards and two touchdowns. His longest run was 75 yards. His average was 7.7 yards per carry.

Smith's career rush yardage jumps to 5,695 yards and 58 touchdowns.

The win put the Eagles at 3-1. Endicott drops to 1-4.

QB Cory Brandon was 11-for-21, 93 yards and two TDs. Both touchdowns were to tight end DJ Allen.
