Former UMaine coach Steve Trimper and his Stetson baseball team have set school history. An 11-1 win over Oklahoma State gives the Hatters their first ever NCAA regional title.

Stetson exploded for 10 runs in the 3rd inning against the Cowboys and finished the regional undefeated.

In the process, the Hatters continue a school-record win steak (now 18 consecutive wins). They tie a school record for wins, now 48-11.

Now Trimper and company move on to the NCAA Super Regional (best 2-of-3 series) at North Carolina next weekend.

The winner of that series goes to the College World Series in Omaha.
