Andrew Benintendi ripped a 12th inning home run and the Boston Red Sox finally got past the Baltimore Orioles 2-1 last night at Camden Yards. Don't look now but the Sox are back to .500.

After Jackie Bradley jr. made a leaping catch in the 11th inning to rob the O's off a walk-off homer, Benindenti did his thing in the 12th.

How about the performance of Chris Sale. He pitched eight innings, giving up just one run. Sale struck out 14 hitters, no walks and allowed just three hits.

He gets a no decision.

The Sox take two out of three in the Baltimore series and some of the team will head to the White House today to celebrate last year's World Series championship. Others just take the day off.
