Bruins Bump In The Road [VIDEO]

The Boston Bruins had been playing great hockey...until they ran into the Hartford Whalers Sunday night. The Hartford Whalers? Yup, the now Carolina Hurricanes wore throwback Whalers uniforms for this one and maybe it spooked the B's.

After taking a 2-0 lead, the Bruins virtually gave the game away, losing 5-3 to a really bad team.

The B's had beaten Montreal, Anaheim and Nashville to get some traction in the standings. Then the egg in Carolina making the three day Christmas break not as pleasant as it could have been...
