The Boston Bruins and prospect Anders Bjork have finally come to an agreement on a contract.

announced on Tuesday morning that they had agreed to a three-year entry level deal with the former Notre Dame alternate captain.  The contract will start for the 2017-18 season for the forward.

In his time with the Fightin' Irish, Bjork notched 21 goals and 52 total points while helping the team to a Frozen Four appearance this Spring.  In addition to a strong season with Notre Dame, he was named a First Team All-Conference in the Hockey East and a Hobey Baker Award finalist.  Most recently Bjork played for the US National Team in the IIHF World Championships and played in five games.

Bjork joins, Brad Marchand, Patrice Bergeron, David Krejci, David Backes, among other forwards on the Bs roster.  He was selected in the fifth round of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft by Boston.
