Kyrie Irving scored 40 points but the problem was he did not get much help for anybody else and the Boston Celtics lost to the lowly Orlando Magic 103-95 Sunday afternoon.

The Magic had lost 14 straight games at Boston Garden.

The C's have three games in a row, all at home.

And now they go on a four game west coast road trip.

Elfrid Peyton had 22 points and Evan Fournier had 19 to lead Orlando.

The third quarter and the Magic bench did in the Celtics. Orlando outscored the C's 32-12 in the third. And, their bench outscored the C's bench 38-8 for the game.

The Celts head west with a 34-13 record.
