The Boston Bruins chalked up win #49 last night, beating the Minnesota Wild 3-0. They got the victory despite resting a bunch of big name players as the prep for next week's NHL playoffs.

Players such as Chara, Marchand, McAvoy and Krejci rested. That gave guys like rookie Zach Senyshyn a chance to play and the kid got the empty net goal for his first NHL goal.

David Pastrnak and Joakim Nordstrom scored the other goals. Jaroslav Halak stopped all 26 shots on goal for his 5th shutout of the year.

NOTE: The B's play one more regular season game, tomorrow afternoon. Live coverage on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket starts at 12:30pm. The playoff series vs Toronto will start either next Wednesday or Thursday.
