Former Boston Celtics guard Paul Pierce tried his hand at baseball Tuesday night when he was at Dodger Stadium to throw out the first pitch. Let's just say it didn't go well.Despite just signing a contract to play for the LA Clippers this season, LA fans booed him after he shortarmed the pitch after pretending to shake off a couple signs from Kenley Jansen who was handling the catching duties.

After making the pitch which landed about 10 feet in front of the plate, Pierce said he "called bounce." While they may not have appreciated the effort in Los Angeles, the pitch was still as good as any made by a Red Sox pitcher this season.
