Madison Bumgarner continued his postseason dominance pitching a complete game 4-hit shutoutto help the San Francisco Giants beat Kansas City 5-0 and take a three games to two lead in the series.Along with only allowing 4 hits, Bumgarner also struck out 8 and did not walk a batter.

The number 7 and 8 hitters drove in all of San Francisco's runs with Brandon Crawford knocking in 3 while Juan Perez had 2 rbi.

Royals starter James Shields took the loss after allowing 2 runs over 6 innings. The bullpen struggled for the second game in a row as they gave up 4 hits and 3 runs over the final two innings.
