Hodgdon – Southern Aroostook (Photos)
The Hodgdon Hawks will be playing for the State Class D Boy's Championship on Saturday, March 1st at the Augusta Civic Center by virtue of their 49-37 victory over the Southern Aroostook Warriors 49-37 on Saturday, February 22nd at the Cross Insurance Center. Hodgdon is now 19-3, while Southern Aroostook finishes their season at 15-7. Hodgdon will play the winner of the Western Maine final between Valley and Hyde. The last time Hodgdon played in the State Finals was in 1976, when they lost to Gould Academy 57-52.
