IT Scores 17 In His Cavs Debut [VIDEO]

Isaiah Thomas scored 17 points in 19 minutes in his Cleveland Cavs debut last night. The Cavs beat Portland 127-110.

It was his first game action in more than seven months.

Thomas is on a minutes restriction and will not play in back-to-back games. That means he will not play tonight against the Celtics.

He check into the game late in the first quarter and received a big ovation from the Cleveland crowd.

Thomas took a spill and hit the floor for the first time in his second possession. He missed his first two shots before draining a jumper.

NOTE: Thomas has requested to the Boston Celtics that they not show a video highlight tape during the game tonight. He says he wants to be able to be playing when that happens.
