A rare early Saturday afternoon start for the Boston Celtics and things turned out ok, a 129-120 win over the Atlanta Hawks.

Kyrie Irving nearly had a second straight triple-double. He scored 30 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists.

Irving and the other starters had to come back into the game after the bench squandered a 25 point second half lead.

Marcus Morris had a double-double, 19 points and 11 rebounds. Jayson Tatum added 18 and Marcus with 16.

The C's improve to 43-37. They are 5-1 in the last six games.

Next up, a Monday night matchup vs one of the best of the west, the Denver Nuggets.
