Miley Leads Sox Past Rangers [VIDEO]

After some early season struggles Red Sox pitcher Wade Miley seems to be settling in as he went 7 strong innings to help Boston beat Texas 4-2.Miley has won back-to-back games after going 7 innings allowing 7 hits and striking out 7. Koji Uehara closed out the game to pick up his 10th save.

Mike Napoli is another player that has struggled in the early part of the season but seemed to get his stroke back at least for this game as he cranked a solo homerun in the 4ht inning and added an rbi singe in the 6th. David Ortiz also had a solo homer and rbi single to cap the Boston scoring .

The Sox win combined with a Yankee loss on Tuesday puts Boston 2.5 games out of first place in the AL East.
