The Red Sox scoreless is over. The losing skid is over. The Sox beat the A's 6-3 late last night in Oakland.

Mookie Betts hit a two-run double that hit the third base bag in the 9th inning to break a 3-3 tie.

Andrew Benintendi followed with a RBI triple to make it 6-3.

Earlier in the game, Mitch Moreland had a big two-run double. Blake Swihart had three hits, including a home run.

And, at the end of the game, Ryan Brasier came on a got the final three outs.

The win puts the Sox at 2-5 with one more game today in Oakland. It's an afternoon game and coverage on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket begins 2:30pm.
