Another win for the Boston Bruins. Another three point night for David Pastrnak. Saturday night's 5-2 win over Ottawa makes it a five game winning streak for the (10-1-2) Bruins.

Only Washington has more points in the standings (23) than the B's 22. The Capitals have played two more games than the Bruins.

Pastrnak got it started with a nifty powerplay goal.

He now has 13 goals and with two assists in the game Pastrnak now has 27 points in the first 13 games.

For the first two periods the Bruins played down to the level of the Senators who have the worst record in the division. The game was tied 2-2 after two periods.

The B's pressed hard in the third period and Danton Heinen, Brad Marchand and Jake DeBrusk tallied goals to put the game away.

NOTE: The Bruins schedule gets tougher with back-to-back games Monday and Tuesday night vs the Pittsburgh Penquins and Montreal Canadiens.
