David Price turned out to be the stopper again last night for the Boston Red Sox. After losing to Tampa Bay Friday night and Saturday afternoon, Price pitched six solid innings in the Saturday night game to help get the Sox a 5-1 win.

Price gave up just one one and struck out a season-high 10 batters. He lowered his ERA to 2.70.

The Sox didn't have a great night on offense, just six hits, but did get some hits in the clutch. Mike Chavis had a two-run double, Marco Hernandez also had a big two-run hit as he played for the first time since 2017 because of injuries.
