David Price got through five innings after getting hit in the chest by a come-backer. Andrew Benintendi and J.D. Martinez hit home runs. It all spells an 8-3 Memorial Day win over the Toronto Blue Jays.

After getting hit in the chest with that batted ball, Price struggled but gave up just two runs in five innings and got the win. Heath Hembree and Steven Wright held the Jays to one run the rest of the way.

On offense, Benintendi had the biggest day. A three-run homer, a triple, a single and four RBI.

Martinez clubbed his 17th home ru.

On defense, Jackie Bradley Jr. and Brock Holt (filling in for Mookie Betts in rightfield) had great catches to keep runs off the board.

The win puts Boston at 37-17 and two games ahead of the Yankees in the AL East.
