Will the Boston Red Sox be on the outside looking in for the starters at the All-Star game in July?

The latest listing of fan voting for the 2017 All_Star game in Miami shows that all of the Sox players eligible for the vote would miss out on making the game as a starter.  The closest to getting the nod is Dustin Pedroia and Xander Bogaerts, who both are listed in fourth place for their respective positions.  Mookie Betts currently ranks sixth place in the OF with over 945 thousand votes, behind Aaron Judge, Mike Trout, George Springer, Michael Brantley, and Avisail Garcia.

Judge currently ranks as the top vote-getter in the American League and has 23 home runs and 53 RBIs as a rookie with the New York Yankees.

Voting will remain open until June 29th at midnight and fans can vote five times every 24 hours, for a maximum of 35 times at MLB.com.
