The National Basketball Association holds its annual player draft tonight and the Boston Celtics will be at the center of things with four picks...unless they pull off a trade.The Cletics who have been stock piling draft picks the last couple years will have the #16 and #28 pick in the first round as well as the 3rd and 15th pick in the second round.
