Longtime Boston Bruins defenseman Zdeno Chara's 1,400th career game turned out to be another win. A 4-2 victory over division rival Toronto and the B's continue to play great hockey.

The Bruins are 31-11-8, good for 70 points in the NHL standings. They are one of only four teams in the league with at least 70 points.

Goalie Tuukka Rask stopped 23 shots and ran his personal points streak to 20 straight games. The B's have at least a point in the last 20 games he's been in goal.

Patrice Bergeron, David Pastrnak, Torey Krug and Tim Schaller scored goals.

The Bruins also got a boost from the return of rookie defenseman Charlie McAvoy. He had heart surgery just two weeks ago and logged 18:51 of ice time.
