On a night when Red Sox Nation was dealing with the news of elbow issues for Chris Sale, Eduardo Rodriquez went to the hill and pitched his longest outing of the season as the Sox shut down Baltimore 4-0.

E-Rod went 7.1 innings, allowing just four hits. He now has a career-best 14 wins (14-5).

Rafael Devers and Brock Holt belted home runs. For Devers, it was his 25th homer and he now has a league leading 97 RBI.

Mookie Betts was the only Sox player with two hits.

This one was all about the pitching.
