A frustrating weekend at Fenway Park for the Red Sox ended with a 5-2 loss Sunday afternoon to the lowly Chicago White Sox. That means the White Sox win the weekend two games to one.

The biggest issue for the Red Sox was lack of big hits. They were 1-for-26 with runs in scoring position vs Chicago. Sunday the Sox were 1-for-11 RISP.

Rick Porcellos pitched six innings, giving up three runs. Reliever Matt Barnes gave up the other two runs.

The Sox fall to 44-22. Chicago is now 22-41.

An 11 game roadtrip begins in Baltimore Monday night for the Red Sox. Live coverage on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket begins at 6:20pm.
