Rob Gronkowski continued a week to remember with an AFC Player of the Week honor given by the NFL on Wednesday.

Gronk, who was named a Pro Bowl selection on Tuesday night, earned the accolade with a nine catch, 168 yard game versus the Steelers and added a 2-point conversion that proved to be a vital score.  The game was the first one back for the TE after Gronk served a one-game suspension versus Miami.

On the season Gronkowski has 64 receptions for 1,017 yards and 7 touchdowns.  New England will close out the season with two home games versus Buffalo and the New York Jets.
