The Boston Celtics will be without their leading scorer for the next two games, as the team confirmed the guard will miss the road trip this weekend.

On the season Thomas leads the team with 29.2 points per game and has been shooting 46 percent from the floor this year.  The all-star will miss games against two of the three worst record teams in the Eastern Conference as Brooklyn and Philadelphia have 12 and 24 wins respectively.

Boston will play the Nets tomorrow night from the Barclays Center and currently have a 43-25 record, good for second place in the conference.
