For the second night in a row, the Red Sox got a late game home run to take a lead over Tampa Bay only to have one of their Triple A pitchers give up a walk-off homer to the Rays.

Saturday night's loss was 5-4 in 11 innings.

Mitch Moreland hit a top of the 11th home run to put the Sox ahead. Unheralded Josh Smith gave up the bottom of the 11th walk off homer to Nate Lowe.

Smith was the 11th pitcher used by Sox manager Alex Cora.

Xander Bogaerts and Rafael Devers hit home runs earlier in the game. For Devers, it was his 31st, making him the all-time Red Sox leader for home runs in a season for third basemen. Bogaerts hit his 32nd.
