Nine people tragically lost their lives Sunday morning in Calabasas, CA, when the helicopter they were traveling in crashed into the hillside. Among the deceased was 41-year-old Kobe Bryant and 13-year-old Gianna Bryant. TMZ was first on the scene to report on the deadly crash, but was the controversial media company in the right for breaking the news before the families of the deceased could be notified?
