Chris Sale had another 10 strikeout game, J.D. Martinez hit a home run for a third straight game and the Red Sox beat Baltimore 7-2 Saturday afternoon.

The victory puts the Sox at 38-34 and now have a chance to get five games over .500 for the first time this year with a win Sunday.

Along with the Martinez homer, Brock Holt had three hits and drove in two runs. Xander Bogaerts also had two RBI.

Sale pitched six strong innings, six hits, two walks and two runs to get his third win of the year.

Marcus Walden, Matt Barnes and Brandon Workman worked the last three innings.
