After the moves of Shohei Ohtani signing with the Angels and Giancarlo Stanton being traded to the Yankees, it appears the Red Sox may be exploring a deal surrounding a starting outfielder.

According to Bob Nightengale of the USA Today, the Red Sox have made opposing MLB aware that outfielder Jackie Bradley Jr is available for trades.  JBJ hit ust .245 last season with the Sox and hit 17 home runs with 63 RBIs.

Bradley made $3.6 million dollars during the 2017 season and will be entering his second  of four arbitration eligible seasons in 2018.  The Sox would likely move Andrew Benintendi to center field if a trade involving JBJ is made.
