Fort Kent's Austin Theriault was back behind the wheel Friday night in the NASCAR truck series event in Texas and came home with a 5th place finish.Theriault qualified 6th earlier in the day and shot to the front soon after the green flag dropped. While he never led a lap in the race, he was able to stay out of trouble and had good pit stops that kept in the top 10 all night.

Theriault has only started 3 of the 7 races for Brad Keselowski Motorsports and is currently 22nd in the driver standings. All the drivers ahead of him have at least 5 starts.

He will be back in the truck next week when the series makes a stop in Illinois.
