Biddeford's Brian Dumoulin left his Stanley Cup Playoff game today in the second period and did not return after taking a wicked hit to the head. How serious is the injury? Will there be a suspension

The Caps beat Dumoulin's Penquins 3-1 to even the series 1-1.

Dumoulin stayed down on the ice, got up and staggered to the dressing room and did not return.

He has a goal and five assists in eight playoff games so far. Dumoulin has been a key defensemam on two Pittsburgh Cup winning teams.

He also won a state high school hockey title at Biddeford and a NCAA title while at Boston College.
