Million Dollar Bracket Challenge: Early Leaders & Losers

With the NCAA tournament on pause until Thursday and Friday's Sweet 16 matchups, we thought now would be a good time to provide an update on our Million Dollar Bracket Challenge. So, lets take a look at our top performers and check in on the guys from The Ticket to see how they're doing.

Chippewa leads with a total score of 37 and a potential score of 45. Chippewa correctly selected Loyola (11), Butler (10) and Syracuse (11), all lower seeds than their Round of 16 opponents.

SoxNation and KSto sit in second and third place with 36 and 35 points. Five teams are tied for fourth with 34 points, and 27 teams are tied for 9th place with 33 points.

As for the Ticket crew, Mark Paulette from the Afternoon Drive is ranked 36th overall with 32 points and a potential score of 41. Dale Duff sits in 132nd place. Erik VanDenBossche is ranked 187th overall. Aaron Jackson is last among Ticket staffers with 28 points, 244th overall.

Where did Aaron go wrong? You can start with South Dakota State. Aaron picked the Jackrabbits to upset Ohio State in the first round and then Gonzaga in the second round. Aaron went a little heavy on the sleepers, selecting 10 lower seeds to win in the first round.
