The Red Sox got out of Milwaukee with one win and you can thank Mookie Betts. A 3-run home run in the 9th inning by Betts gave the Sox a 4-1 win Thursday afternoon.

The game was tied 1-1 after Sox starter Eduardo Rodriguez put up another quality start. Six innings, just one run allowed on three hits, no walks and five strikeouts. That's three straight good starts from E-Rod.

The offense sputtered most of the day, leaving another nine runners on base.

But the Betts bomb and the close down from Craig Kimbrel got the Sox a win.

The Red Sox are 18-16 and coming back to Fenway Park for a weekend series with Tampa Bay.
