New Sox Manager Spent Time At Bangor SLWS

The Red Sox manager Alex Cora spent some time at Mansfield Stadium in Bangor in August of 2015 and 2016 broadcasting the Senior League World Series for ESPN.

Cora played for several major league teams from 1998 to 2011, including a stint with the Red Sox on the 2007 championship team.

From 2013 to 2016 Cora worked for ESPN as an analyst on 'Baseball Tonight'. He also called some game on location for events like the SLWS in Bangor.

Cora spent the past year as bench coach for the Astros and will stay in that job until the end of the World Series.
