Pedroia Not On Opening Day Roster [VIDEO]

Any chance of Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia making an opening day start is now gone. Manager Alex Cora told reporters in Fort Myers, Florida this morning that Pedroia will start the season continuing his progression at jetBlue Park instead of with the team on its west coast trip.

Cora made it clear that there have been no setbacks and that he will continue to play in exhibition games this week.
