The Boston Bruins lost a 5-3 preseason game to Jack Capuano's New York Islanders last night. No big deal because no one is keeping the standings at exhibition time but for individual players the game was huge.

It is decision time for Bruins management. Just one week to go before next Wednesday's season opener against Philadelphia...and who gets the final few roster spots.

The B's are off today and coach Claude Julien, GM Peter Chiarelli and other management meet to talk about four open forward spots and a defenseman spot or two. Maybe some trades. Perhaps some outright releases. Tense times for all.

Meanwhile, check out a couple of B's goals last night...
