USM Baseball In NCAA Regional Final Today
The University of the Sourthern Maine baseball will play on championship Sunday at the NCAA Division III New York Regional but the Huskies will need to beat Oswego (NY) twice in order to capture the title.
Coach Ed Flaherty's Huskies spent Saturday losing to Oswego 6-4 in a winner's bracket game and them staving off elimination by winning over Ithaca 4-0.
USM is 33-12 and must beat Oswego twice to earn a bid in the D-III College World Series.
