Will point guard Rajon Rondo return return to the Chicago Bulls lineup for game five vs the Boston Celtics tonight? Apparently he is doing everything possible to try and get back on the floor.

ESPN is reporting Rondo held a private evening practice session to test his broken thumb and get a better read on how feasible it is to come back tonight.

Rondo suffered the broken thumb in game two and was suppposed to be in a hard cast for seven to 10 days. He shot around during a team practice yesterday wearing a soft cast.

Bulls coach Fred Hoiberg told reporters he is out for game five 'for now'.
