The University of Maine men's basketball team had their two game win streak come to an end at the Cross Center after falling to Army by a 84-71 score.After getting behind by 21 points the Bears made a late charge but could not come all the back and suffer their 4th loss of the season.

Kennedy Edwards came off the Army bench to lead the Cadets in scoring with 21 points. Army's defense also got the Bears to turn the ball over 16 times which resulted in 21 points.

Maine was led by freshman Devine Eke who posted a double-double with a career high 29 points and 16 rebounds. Ryan Bernstein, another freshman came off the bench and scored his career high with 11 points.

The schedule does not get easier for the Bears who head on the road for a game Saturday at Marquette.
